Kinematic analysis is a necessary means for mechanisms' performance research. Whether for mechanisms innovation, or for the rational use of existing mechanisms, the correct fast kinematic analysis is very important. The traditional analytic method has been maturely applied in teaching , where the students use the available subroutines to develop the main program for every specific mechanism. Then they deal with the data to form tables ,curves, and motion simulations. Therefore a lot of energy is spent on data procession rather than the mechanism's analysis it self.In addition, with the development of software technology ,a number of large-scale analysis software (eg ADAMS) has developed the Virtual Prototyping Technology, which makes kinematic analysis "foolproof." The two mentioned methods are not well suitable for "Mechanisms Theory" teaching and we need to find such a "balance" between them as to not only reflect the nature of mechanisms, but also implementate it in a simple way.. In this dissertation, the main task is to establish such a platform for teaching's purpose.According to the accyp-group theory and local coordinates' method, the thesis has established a mechanisms-size model for storing, has made use of Excel software for input and output functions, and has designed the visual program by ViusalBasi6.0 .The linkage kinematic analysis and simulation, including the displacement, velocity, acceleration curve of important points, are also involved. After all, these analytics well preserves the necessary elements of the theory of mechanism and at the same time also strongly stresses an efficient utilization of the abailable mature technology. These efforts provide us with an effective tool for planar linkage design and fast analysis...
