Research On General Measuring And Controlling Card For The Material Testing Machine

That material testing machine is a precise experimental apparatus. It will be beneficial to material science fast development, reasonable design of project structure, effective usage of material, technology improvement, reduction of the product weight and volume, product quality improvement and cost reduction, secure reliability assurance improvement and lifespan extension .Material testing machine, controlled by microcomputer, is a research and development hotspot of both domestics and overseas at present. But the machine development is confined in actualization of measurement and control system, both software and hardware development is isolated, system subdivision and versatility is not yet well solved. In the thesis, based on sufficient investigation of testing machine industry, and by means of reading, analysis and synthesis of quantity of material concerned, a design plan is advanced. Modularized and simplified design method makes the card versatility feasible. Ultimate design method realized a new card, which can be used in the Electro-hydraulic proportional and Electro-hydraulic servo and AC servo control form of material testing machine. In the dissertation, from the analysis of the material testing machine and the design plan of measurement and control card, it is composed of analog signal I/O, digital signal I/O, PCI interface circuit and local logical modules. In the analog signal I/O module, a multichannel amplified circuit, whose gain is controlled by program, has the feature of hardware zero adjust. In the digital signal I/O module, shaping and isolation of switching signal are analyzed and realized, in PCI interface circuit module, PCI bus technique and PCI interface chip PCI9052 are thoroughly discussed. In the local logic module, double procedure limited state machine method, which is used to realize of sampling control and interrupt logic, is also discussed in detail.
