A Program Of Opening Test And Control And Management System Based On Electronic Almighty Material Testing Machine

Testing teaching is an important process of science and engineering college. With the emphasis of the ability of student in reform and independent research, testing courses of college also more and more emphasize opening, independence and design. As two very important basic courses of testing teaching in science and engineering college, reform of material mechanics and engineering mechanics are very urgent. Electronic almighty material testing machines controlled by computer, which have better precision, good security, good flexibility and suited price, have been becoming central instrument of mechanical test in college of China step by step. For the sake of adapted to the need of opening, independence and design in testing teaching, it is very important that we should develop a better test, control and management system of electronic almighty material testing machines. A good test and control and management system is a most important factor of an electronic almighty material testing machine exerts its all ability. The system of electronic almighty material testing machine, as a standard material capability testing system, is faced to made in numbers of factory which developed by manufacturer. Many of functions can not suit to testing teaching of science and engineering college, especially for students of science and engineering college who just have little hours of testing courses. So it is important that updating and developing a new system of electronic almighty material testing machine for adapting to the need of opening, independence and design in testing teaching. The paper complete a special basic testing teaching test and control and management system on the newest electronic almighty material testing machine which bought by our school. The primary aim of the system is better adapted to science and engineering college's testing teaching and made testing machines completely exert their potentials. Based on Visual C++.NET, the system used the idea of visual instrument, the method of OOP, the technique of SQL server database, the technique of wireless IC card and the technique of DLL. The system not only suit to our country standard--Metallic material--Tensile testing at ambient temperature (GB/T228-2002), but also save all data of testing teaching and testing machines'using status. First of all, the paper introduced the situation and the process of innovation in testing teaching and the situation and the history of electronic almighty material testing machine. Then the paper began with the total design and described each parts of the system, including testing management of teacher, user login, the control of testing machine, data acquisition, the regulating of result data, etc. Later the paper introduced the windows of all parts of the system. Lastly, a conclusion is summarized and a prospect is delivered.
