Material testing machine is an indispensable experimental equipment for mechanical experiments,which can carry out different forms of material tests such as stretching and compression of materials.With the rapid development of China's industrial level,higher requirements have been put forward for the performance of materials.The old material testing machine can no longer meet the requirements of modern industrial level.Because the material testing machine purchased in the early period has good functions,it is of great significance to reform the raw material testing machine in order to avoid the waste of the old material testing machine and reduce the purchase cost of enterprises.The design and modification of this material testing machine,through the analysis of the parameters and working principle of the raw material testing machine,the modification scheme and mode are determined.On the basis of the original mechanical equipment,data signals are collected by adding displacement sensors,force sensors and electronic stretcher to the hydraulic circuit.The STM32 microprocessor,serial communication module,signal conditioning circuit and other control circuits are used to process the data signals,and the control function is realized by changing the opening of the electromagnetic valve.At the same time,combining with the analysis of PID control principle,the fuzzy rule look up table of fuzzy PID control algorithm is established,and the control algorithm is applied to the system control process.In order to make the experimental data more intuitive,the display module,control module and output module of software developed based on C++ language are designed.The displacement,deformation and stress signals of the reformed material testing machine can be automatically collected by sensors.Combining with the excellent performance of STM32 single chip microcomputer,the accuracy of the collected signals is greatly ensured.On the basis of retaining the original manual hydraulic loading control mode,the hydraulic control system can realize the function of automatic loading through a computer,and the application of fuzzy PID control algorithm can realize the accuracy and real-time of system control and reduce the fluctuation and delay of control signals.The experimental results can be transmitted to the computer through the serial communication function,and the computer software can realize more intuitive real-time display,printing,storage and viewing of experimental data,thus avoiding the loss and damage of experimental data.The reformedmaterial testing machine has greatly improved the accuracy of data signals and the degree of automation of experimental equipment,which is in line with the modernization trend of China's equipment manufacturing industry.Figure [38] table [10] reference[67]...
