Outfield testing instrument plays an important role in some type system and is mainlyto test the signal transferring channel of the certain equipment. For guaranteeing the testingquality and remaining the authority of the malfunctions testing about the outfield testinginstrument, technicians usually test its interior signals one by one in the course of theproduce, debugging and daily maintenance of the outfield testing instrument, which not onlywastes a lot of manpower and material resources, but also has the limit by the field, the timeand the conditions. So, it can not meet the special demands of this type system. Therefore, based on summarizing the developing experience of other relevant questionsfor discussion, this integrated testing system about some type outfield testing instrument hasbeen designed. This system replaces the manual work of the ex-factory debugging andquality-testing tasks of the outfield testing instrument. What' more, it has many functions,such as self-checking, locating malfunctions, repairing suggestions, printing the testingconclusion, etc. It prominently enhances the producing efficiency and the rate of rehabbingmalfunctions, ensure the daily maintenance, provide the authoritative basis of the testingconclusion on the outfield testing instrument, lengthens the longevity of the series ofequipments, and reduces the producing and maintaining cost. So, both the enormouseconomy benefit and special application are brought. In this thesis, on the basis of analyzing the systematic functions and main technicalindicator of the integrated testing system in detail, the overall designing plan has beenpresented as follows: with the soft-hardware-combined method, the industrial-controlcomputer is adopted as the disposing center of the testing signal, and the adaptor circuits ofthe testing platform and DSP testing program of CPU board are designed, and the studyingtask of the integrated testing system is accomplished based on the careful research on theworkflow, the structure and the realization of the system testing software. Therefore, it fillsup the blank in this field. According to the signal analysis, three internal boards' signal mainly include: 112channels digital signal, 36 channels analog signal, 1 channel frequency signal, 2 channelsaero-bus signal, 2 channels series bus signal, etc. The data acquisition cards in theindustrial-control computer contain the digital output (DO) card, digital input (DI) card,digital-analog(DA) output card, analog-digital(AD) input card, 1553B bus communicationcard, 429 bus communication card, etc, which can completely meet the testing demands. The adopter circuits in the testing platform execute the processing, collecting andcontrolling of the input and output signal. According to the designing requirement of the IIintegrated testing system, the input signal of the testing boards can be isolated by adoptercircuit, and the output signal can be necessarily changed and processed. By operating thebuttons and band-selectors on the top panel of testing platform, the testing system willrealize its own testing. DSP hardware testing program is compiled in order to meet the testing demands, aimingat the special functions of CPU board. The system testing program of the integrated testingsystem adopts the objects-oriented idea, uses UML to design the overall framework, andcompiles the program codes according to the framework. Thus, it has the clearadministrative level, and high degree of integration so as to strengthen the maintainabilityand the convenience of software.
