Research And Development Of The Decision Support System For Price Bidding Of Power Plant

Since "separating power plants from networks by price competition", as the main measure of the reform for power system, has been developed gradually in our country, the management of the corporations is required more. How to quote rationally to keep ahead through analyzing and controlling the cost of itself and the operational direction of economy correctly in time is an urgent problem needed to be solved by all power corporations. The decision support system for price bidding of power plant is an integrated technical-supporting system, which has been developed as the result of the development of computer technology, game theory, network communication,and artificial intelligence. The cores of this system are cost analysis and assistant decision for quotation. It can show real-time operating status of every set, forecast future cost, market demand and the load of electric power, make optimal quotation advises and strategies by referring to the history and run-time information of finance.Based on the operating experience of Xiangtan power plant in Hunan province, this thesis discusses the analysis, design and exploitation of "Decision Support System for Price Bidding of Power Plant". Paper not only describes in detail the database system and models of the system, but explicates the design and exploitation of all function modules with the angel of information system. Having analyzed the structure of the generating cost, the models of the apportionment of the constant cost and variable cost are put forward in the thesis. At the same time, thesis goes into particular the design, handling and issue of the models, the pivotal problems of the paper.At the end of this thesis, the author makes some conclusions of the system, and gives some available advices for the future tasks.
