Strengthening technologies and the kinds of adhesive are increasingly extensive with the structural adhesive being more and more used in concrete structures strengthening. The low viscosity structural adhesive is applied in structure strengthening by steel bonding, structure strengthening with CFRP (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastics) and rehabilitation concrete cracks. The different strengthening technologies require the correspondent performance of the adhesive which affect the strengthening quality to a great extend. Because it is not long time that the new technology is large-scale applied and few researches have been done on the adhesive and moreover the factors affecting the performance are complicated. It is necessary that more research should be done on the component, performance and application of the low viscosity adhesive.According to the relation between bonding strength and its two influences-bond technology and curing parameters, the corresponding method of test and construction operation of the low viscosity structural adhesive have been brought forward. The relations between the performance and composing in the different curing system of epoxy adhesive have, been studied, and the composing has been optimized. At the same time the author obtains the optimized compounding and the corresponding curing system in the different use, and does further research on performance and the construction technology in the concrete structures strengthening.The result indicates that according to the different requirements of the low viscosity in different strengthening technology, perfect comprehensive performance can be got by using epoxy adhesive which is consist of property epoxy curing system and corresponding modified components. Because the bond technology and curing parameters affect the bonding strength, the method of test and technology of the construction are adopted according to the characteristic of the low viscosity structural adhesive. There is great difference in the performance among the different epoxy curing system, the kinds and the contents of the modified components have influence on the performance of the adhesive. The different strengthening technology need the different performance of adhesive, and the corresponding curing system should be used. The polyamide curing system is suitable for the structure strengthening by steel bonding, polyamide-aliphatic amine mixed system is suitable for the structure strengthening with CFRP, and the aliphatic amine-polyoxypropylenediamine curing system is suitable forthe rehabilitation concrete cracks. The optimized compounding of the different epoxy curing system that is obtained from research is superior in price obviously while it has the same properties contract to the same kind of the structural adhesive abroad, and it can completely meet the engineering strengthening's need. The thesis can guide and promote the application of the low viscosity structural adhesive in the concrete structures strengthening.
