In this paper, on the base of the randomicity of earthquake motion and structural parameters, the time-history reliability of concrete structures' deformation capacity under the rare earthquake is discussed.Performance function of concrete structures' deformation capacity under the rare earthquake is set up at first. After the division of earthquake process, a methed based on Improved Pseudo Variables Method > Matrix Displacement Method and Elestoplatic Time-history Method is presented to analyse the time-history reliability of concrete structures. Because reliability can't be determined in practice , the paper uses Monte Carlo Method as the revision.The calculation program CPSRIPVM and revision program RPSRMCM are worked out. Through an example, some good conclusions are gotten.
