In this paper we use active vibrating isolation method to calculate vibrating isolation efficiency and dynamic machine design. This is a general method to isolate vibration in engineering vibration isolation.We often calculate crushing machine acting force and treble acting force as equivalent static force by theoretical mechanics, then design pedestal of vibrating isolation and calculate vibrating isolation efficiencyThis paper first present a new method to evaluate efficiency of vibrating isolation of crushing machine based on random vibration, then analyse engineering example based on traditional method , build finite model of it to analyse efficiency of vibrating isolation of crushing machine based on random vibration.Result of vibrating isolation efficiency of crushing machine based on random vibration indicate that this method is more accurate than general method to evaluate efficiency of vibrating isolation to crushing machine .In the end , we design a laboratory model to check calculation of FEA model. The result presents that FEA model is exact.
