In the process of using the machine, the vibration is a common occurrence. Machine vibration can damage people’s health on the one hand, on the other hand it will make the life and precision of the machine tool decline significantly. Thus, inhibition of machine vibration becomes imminent. Isolation technology is now the most widely used techniques. Traditional passive vibration isolation technology because of its ease of implementation and simple structure, in most cases, the damping effect has meet people’s requirements. However, with the continuous improvement of science and technology, the past vibration characteristics of the structure have become increasingly unable to meet the people’s requirements on the production and manufacture of high precision. Passive vibration isolation technology is often helpless on low-frequency vibration, and it cannot be effectively controlled in real time,so passive vibration isolation technology has been increasingly highlighted its weaknesses. In this paper, the design of the active vibration isolation system based on piezoelectric structures is on the basis of passive vibration isolation, its control algorithm uses a PID controller, and the theoretical simulation results show that the active isolation system based on the piezoelectric smart structures can effectively solve the problem of vibration isolation of low frequency which passive isolation system cannot be able to solve, and the isolation effect in the high frequency band is better than passive vibration isolation systems.The main contents are as follows:First, model the principle of passive isolation system and analyze the influence of different parameters on the isolation transmissibility, and then elaborate isolation mechanism active vibration isolation system, laid the theoretical foundation for the subsequent isolation system.Second, on the basis of passive vibration isolation theory, analysis and design of the various parameters of passive isolator of the machine, and analyzes in the time domain and frequency domain, simulation obtained by computer of passive isolation system shows that it works well in the high frequency band, but it cannot usually play a role in the low frequency band.Finally, it describes the control principle to be adopted in this paper and the acquisition method of the PID controller parameter, and it gets the ideal individual parameters of PID controller by computer simulation, and the analysis of the entire active vibration isolation system in the frequency domain achieves the ideal effect.
