Linear vibrating screen is widely used in metallurgy, coal, petroleum, chemical and other industries, so the reliability of production safety is of great significance. Random factors inevitably exist in the manufacturing, installation, operation and other sectors of vibrating screen, so it is necessary to study the reliability sensitivity of the vibrating screen box structure influenced by random factors.Dynamics inherent characteristics of the vibrating screen box structure were obtained by vibration test. Using the Latin hypercube sampling method and built stochastic finite element model of vibrating screen box structure, the dynamic characteristics and dynamic response analysis was carried on. Considering random structural parameters and random excitation parameters, the distribution law of dynamic stress mean value and standard was studied.Random structural parameters are including rubber spring elastic modulus and density of rubber spring, rubber spring poisson's ratio and steel elastic modulus, density of steel. Random vibration parameters are including vibration force, vibration force direction angle, and excitation frequency. Stress intensity reliability calculation model is adopted to calculate reliability index of screen box structure under random parameters. By defining the relative change rate coefficient, changing rules of reliability index, of screen box structure under random parameters was quantitative description.By comparison analysis, the reliability of the screen box structure affect sensitive random parameters was got, and providing important theoretical guidance for the design of screen structure.
