Measuring and collecting hydrologic factors is the most basic link of hydrologic data acquisition system, the key of which is advanced hydrologic sensor. Because of the particularity of marine environment, stricter request should be put forward to the instrument function, the most remarkable characteristic of which is intelligent operation, digital data and incorporating machine and electron .The main purpose of hydrologic parameters acquisition and storage is applying. So the real-time data is needed as well as exact data, that is, the data must be transmitted to appointed location in some credible and fast way. Whether the hydrologic information is transferred fast and expediently, and whether the transducer is dependable decide what the national hydrologic trade level is.There is badly influenced by typhoon in southeast coastland of our country. Aim at resisting the typhoon disaster, local government has constructed a long distance standard sea wall with huge financial expending. For providing scientific data and protecting people's life and property, it is required to supervise the destroying situation and sea wall resisting ability against wave. Because of the greatly critical marine environment, especially in time of bad meteorological conditions such as typhoon, traditional measurement technique is nearly impossible being applying. Taking Xintang Dongpu in the City of Wenlin Hydrologic Factor Acquisition System for Example, this paper will put forward a fast safe plan to test sea wave altitude, wave hitting power and tide position, and the real-time data will be put into computer for analysis and be long-range transmitted through internet as reference for making decision. That system can monitor for a whole day, providing information for preventing losing from typhoon and contributing to sea wall management. It has gotten better effect in practical using, which prove that this plan is reasonable. The most important is it offers a helpful example for similar systems design.
