Geotechnical engineering instruments are widely used in daily production and life,and their accuracy and long-term stability are closely related to national infrastructure and social security.At present,the traditional process detection technology severely restricts the monitoring level of its accurate performance and stable performance,and the quality and data reliability of geotechnical engineering instruments cannot be guaranteed.This article is mainly about the modification design of the existing hydraulic testing machine,based on the analysis of the current situation of detection,formulate the corresponding modification ideas,and design the automatic and accurate control of loading and unloading force values.Automatic data acquisition,processing,calculation,drawing,printing and compiling can finally ensure the impartiality and reliability of test data and improve the detection efficiency and automation level.Automatic design includes two parts: hardware and software.At first,the control mechanism chooses PCI 1240 motion control card to realize the effective control of the speed and position of the servo motor,so as to obtain accurate force value loading and unloading.Secondly,the force measuring mechanism double monitors the time change of the oil cylinder force value by taking the force value sensor as the main part and the oil pressure sensor as the auxiliary part and feeds back the process data;The re-output frequency is read by a frequency meter with high accuracy and high sampling rate and fed back to the PC end.During this period,the PC side synchronizes with the data of the motion control card through the data acquisition card,thus realizing the closed-loop control of the whole process.The main part also designed spherical bearing structure,temperature control system and alarm system,which ensured the accuracy and reliability of the device performance.Software part: Using the VS2005 program development platform,the overall design is strictly based on GB/T13606-2007 "General Requirements for Geotechnical Instruments Vibrating Wire Sensors".Designed the main interface,database,programming,test interface and other modules,to achieve the display process test force,test point,loading speed,test procedures,test curves,report files,screen print function.
