A Study On Army Knowledge Management Under Grid Environment

This thesis elaborates the meaning, implication and contents of army knowledge management, points out that 21st century's army is knowledge army, knowledge management is the management strategy of army construction and development, and army knowledge management should be built based on grid .Through deep analysis of army knowledge management under grid environment, the author gives a new value chain modle of knowledge and a two dimension knowledge flow based model of knowledge management, proposes a dynamic cooperation frame model of army knowledge management under grid environment, i.e."two flanks and one core"frame model of army knowledge management under grid environment. In this model, one flank refers to the grid-based army knowledge management system platform, the other flank is the construction of a learning and knowledge army, the core is knowledge sharing and innovation. With this frame model as a guidance, this paper designs a grid-based army knowledge management system architecture and explores the organization strategy of army knowledge management under grid environment.
