In the context of wartime environment,the evaluation and repair of weapon equipment’s wartime damage is an extremely important work,which is of great significance to the continuous combat capability of the security forces.Operations especially in the modern war,the information system has become the main operational mode of modern war,quickly and accurately to damage equipment war damage assessment and repair is the assurance of troops in wartime tasks carried out smoothly.And before the damage equipment repair time should be carried out maintenance activities of the planning and management,thus achieve the purpose of accurately estimated time needed for repair damage to equipment,implement scientific regulation on the battlefield equipment repair activities and efficient and reasonable repair.Because there are many factors that will affect the damage of equipment repair time,factors such as resources,manpower,technology,and the correlation between the factors and is more complex,causing most of the studies are based on some independent factors to forecast of equipment maintenance time,lack of considering the influence of many factors,not a systemic research of wartime equipment repair field.Therefore,based on the basic theory of project time management as a starting point,based on the basic theory of battle damage,for a single equipment maintenance time,single in the maintenance station fault equipment maintenance time and more maintenance station fault equipment maintenance order for 1 type of systemic research.Specific research contents include:(1)Basic theory of project time management.Project time management is an important means to ensure the actual working hours in the limited time period,which is of great significance to the whole project management.The purpose of this paper is to plan the time of equipment repair in wartime.Therefore,from the perspective of project time management,the control method of project time management and project schedule is studied.(2)Basic theory of battlefield damage.Focuses on the battlefield damage assessment and repair(BDAR)method,the assessment and repair method is able to damage model establishment and damage equipment repair to provide important basis,and on the basis of BDAR analysis,analysis of wartime way to rescue organization establishment and rational allocation of resources.(3)research on the time planning of battlefield damage equipment repair.Based on the research theme,this paper will be of wartime equipment repair problem is divided into three layers framework,namely the man-hour estimates of the single equipment repair,single repair scheduling optimization and within the maintenance station maintenance point of touring route planning.In view of the problem of single equipment maintenance time estimation,the Monte Carlo simulation method is used to study it.Aimed at a point within the maintain equipment malfunction,introducing the sequencing theory and method,according to the different constraints and objective function is divided into different programming model,optimization algorithm and heuristic algorithm is given;To solve the problem,the more units equipment repair to repair time,on the basis of accurate estimate,based on the genetic algorithm to solve the motor repair schedule,power scheduling,time estimates and a series of problems.In this paper,starting from the theoretical study,using the Monte Carlo analysis,sorting,theory method and genetic algorithm(GA)of wartime equipment maintenance conducted by a single point of single equipment maintenance to the equipment maintenance of maintenance time estimates,more to equip commanders accurate grasp the rhythm of the war and make correct security decision-making provides a fundamental basis,with strong theoretical and practical significance.
