Cable-stayed bridge has made most great progress in the modem bridge engineering and has become one of the most competitive bridge types. After Yunyang Bridge, the first cable-stayed bridge in china, was first built at Sichuan province in 1975, more than 190 cable-stayed bridges have been built in China. The experience on design and construction of this kind bridge are quite rich. Especially the last ten years, the span of cable-stayed bridge is becoming special larger.Sutong Changjian long bridge ,being constructed, which main span is 1088m, will become the longest bridge in the word after construction.Cable-stayed bridge has not only the beautiful shape,but also the good mechanical function, its main advantage consist that the function of cable is not only the stretch support,more importantly, it can forwardly bring cable force to bear to balance the external load through the jack.The cable force can be adjusted, through the adjustment of cable force,structure's internal force can come out in reason.Then the adjustment of cable force become a very important problem in cable-stayed bridge design and construction control work.The main content as follows:1. Basic calculate methods for rational cable force under dead load are expounded and summarized. The rational cable force under dead load of Hong Fenghu bridge is calculated by the least dending strain energy method.2. The peculiarity and excellence of the second stretching method of cable force are introduced.3. Significance and functions of the cable force adjustment are discussed. Advantages of the influence matrix method for cable force adjustment are The calculation and construction of cable force adjustment of Hong Fenghu cable-stayed bridge in finished state are studied.4. The cable force error adjustment method of cable-stayed are summarized. Advantages of the influence matrix method for cable force adjustment and cable force error adjustment are introduced.5. According to the control principle of control the stress of main beam, bridge tower and cable strictly, reduce the time to the best of our abilities, the cable force adjustment sequence in finishede state of Hong Fenghu bridge is optimized, which can ensure the whole adjustment course carry through safely and successfully.
