Analysis And Study On Radial Rubbing Of High Pressure Inner Cylinder Of Steam Turbine

Radial rub is one of the main faults of the steam turbine. This dissertation discussed radial rub from two reasons which caused radial rub, calculated the distortional tendency and distortional quantity of the high pressure inner cylinder in different operation conditions, presented the writer's standpoint about the distortion and expounded the reason of the distortion. Through gathered the vibration signal, the writer analysed the character of the vibration signal from the cylinder and the rotor after radial rub occured and developed the monitoring and diagnosis system of the turbine unit which applied in Huangdao power plant successfully.
