At present, railway steel bridges at home and abroad are mostly used to connect two lands and endure the loads from the train. Ganjingzi trestle in Dalian Port is near to the ocean and has been serving for 70 years. And the train loads are on it constantly in the work, the leaning loads are severe too. But the research about the special bridges which are in a special condition, have a special purpose, and have a serious leaning load, is rare. And very few people research the evaluation of the security, structural maintenance and stability. So it is essential to find a method that can evaluate the security and feasibility of the bridges.First of all, this paper introduces the test, including the instruments and ways of the static and dynamic test, and then carries on the conclusion about the steel structure and the concrete structure that the structure is still capable. And then the work condition and the rest of the years are given.After that, based on the blue print and original data, the FEM models of the three different structural formations are built and analysis the dynamic property. So the capability of the structure can be concluded: the whole stiffness of the structure is big, and so the period is short, and the vibration shapes are complex.And then FEM dimensional model is built in ANSYS program. Considering the effect of the rust, the bridge's static property can be gained by using ANSYS static method. And the theoretical value contrasting with the measure value, the preparatory conclusions can be made: in the condition of minor corruption, the corruption can not affect the security of the whole bridge. The deformation of control points and the stress of control sections are below permitted value.After that, coupling vibration is analyzed and the structural dynamic response can be gained in four different speeds (lower speed). The conclusion is carried out: the distinction of dynamic response is narrow in different speeds.After then, the dimensional rigid frames are simplified to plane rigid frames. The stability of the rigid frames can be determined by utilizing the classical mechanics methods. And ANSYS programs are used to validate the results.At last, integrating the result of static & dynamic property, coupling vibration of the trains and bridges and stability analysis, it is concluded that the trestle is safe and the structure still has intensity repertory.
