Study On Surface Water Resources Optimization Allocation And Practice In Weifang

The continuous utilizition of water has become the key of the sustainable development in economic society,and also been the essential problem espacially in China.In order to accomplish the development, the first sector is to make continuous use of water resources, but the prerequisite of the use is optimization arrangement of water resources since the 20th century. It has both theoretical and practical value to make a thorough study of optimization arrangement of water resources. The thesis consists of six sections, as follows:The fist section is the introduction, summarizes basic situation, main study purpose and completed work of the field, which the thesis involves internal and external countries.The second section is the introduction of weifang, emphasizes the water resources,and points out the severe shortage of water in Weifang. The available amount of water per people is 289 stere,less than one seventh of the whole country,Weifang is one of the water-shortage 42 cities of China.The idea of "series of reserviors connection,multi-river joint, Study on Surface water and underground water total arrangement,optimization arrangement of water resources" ane put forward to solve the problem of water supply of Weifang,in which the acquisition of outside water is impossible.The third section is the basic knowledge, summarizes water resources and its arrangement, explains the conception, property and bearing capacity of water resources, sustainable development, points out the subject of water resources arrangement.The thesis instructs the sustainable development theory, discusses optimization arrangement from principle target and pattern to the different ones.The fourth section instructs ensure mechanism of optimization arrangement of water resources, such as water rights, water rate, investment,unified management of engineering and water resources, etc.The fifth section briefly instruct pattern of optimization arrangement of water resources, discusses some characteristics of interbasin water diversion project.The sixth section instructs the engineering practice of optimization arrangement of water resources of Weifang, especially instructs Multi-river Connection Transfer project, and the way to realize optimization arrangement of water resources, and put forward proposal to realize it better in better in Weifang province.The last section summarizes the whole thesis, and raises some questions which are in relationship with the topic and make further studies.To realize sustainable development in economic society is our effort direction, but the one important link is the continuous utilization of water resources.
