In the middle of product design people often ignore these factors, which leads to much compensation for industrial injuries and many dangerous accidents. So analysis and study of human factors of handle is very helpful to improve the product's usability.The leading idea of modern industry design is that people should be most important, emphasizes the harmony relations of "things" and "people" and the unification of "using" and "beauty". Analysis and study of human factors of handle insists on the idea which human is the most important, tries to find the factors which can improve the product's usability and quality by using study of the handle. So this paper begins with the deep analysis of the characters of anatomy, biomechanics and anthropometry of hand.The study of user interface rose quietly in computer field, and later is extended to product design field gradually. This paper uses people's behavior principle to deeply analyze hand/handle interface, and concretely studies different hand/handle interface design.Handle's crooking emerges from all kinds of products. During the using study of handle of forceps and pancake turner this paper discovers that handle's crooking is an important factor which affects product's ergonomical performance and is helpful to improve the product's usability, and that crooked angle of handle exists an optimum value, but the best crooked angle of handle of different product is different, if the optimum value is found the product's using study should be done.Article for daily use is used by the most persons, and often used for people's life, amusement and recreation, so its handle emphasizes comfortableness even more. This paper takes thermos handle as an example, analyses and studies its humanfactors.In order to apply the human factor of the handle to practical design, this paper designs the control cabinet handle of the digitized X-ray machine in common use of medical apparatus and instruments factory of Shanghai, and provides 5 schemes. And in order to estimate these schemes, this paper sets up the comprehensive evaluation index system of handle and confirms the mathematics model of comprehensive appraisal and weight of the index. And in order to enable evaluation on the computer, this paper uses Matlab to write a program. Finally having run this program the evaluation result of each scheme is displayed on computer screen and the optimum scheme is confirmed.
