China’s carton packaging field has a large market share,and the demand for handle cartons is increasing.In order to adapt to the development of the carton packaging industry and the labor needs of packaging companies,it is urgent to develop automatic carton handle installation equipment to replace manual installation.Based on the current status of the installation technology of carton handles,a device that can automatically organize scattered carton handles and the technical requirements of the whole machine are put forward.The focus is on the hanging device,rejection device and sorting and conveying device in the carton handle sorting device to realize the scattered carton lifting The automatic sorting and conveying of hands provides a research foundation for the research and development and promotion of automatic installation equipment for carton handles.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)According to the current status of carton packaging technology at home and abroad,aiming at the key link of the automatic installation of carton handles-the sorting and conveying of carton handles,the design requirements for carton handle sorting devices are proposed and the mechanism of each device is divided into functions.According to the functional division of the carton handle sorting device,the plastic handle hanging mechanism,the handle rejection mechanism and the handle conveying mechanism are designed.In order to eliminate the invalid handle three times by the handle elimination mechanism,analyze the three elimination movement process of the follower elimination push rod of the cam mechanism,select the follower as the quadratic polynomial motion law,and design the handle elimination mechanism based on the analytical method Cam.(2)The ADAMS simulation experiment results of the cam mechanism show that the speed of removing the push rod of the carton handle follower changes with the displacement,and can complete the function of the elimination mechanism for three elimination actions,but there is the acceleration of the follower elimination push rod at the cam tip A sudden change occurred at the point position,and the maximum peak of the sudden change reached600mm/s2,which caused a jump in the ejector.The improved design of the cam mechanism is based on Matlab.The kinematics simulation results show that after the improvement of the cam,the follower removes the push rod no longer produces jumping phenomenon,and the eliminated push rod runs smoothly.(3)The vibration of the handle hanging rod mainly occurs in the low and middle frequency range.The 6th order mode of the handle hanging rod frequency range of 0-150 Hz is studied,and the natural frequency of the first 6 order modes is obtained from the modal analysis results.And the vibration mode,where the fourth-order mode is similar to the actual vibration of the handle hanging rod,and the natural frequency of this mode is 92.74 Hz.The transient dynamics analysis of the hanging rod with the handle is carried out,and the displacement response curve of the hanging rod under dynamic force is obtained.The magnitude of the deformation displacement shows a regular change with the sudden change of the force on the hanging rod.The modal analysis of the frame is carried out,and the sixth-order mode shape diagram,the maximum deformation amount and the location of the deformation of the frame are obtained.(4)According to the key mechanism design and overall plan requirements of the carton handle sorting device,the prototype is trial-produced.The prototype test results show that a single handle bar hangs an average of 20 handles,the average picking rate is 7/sec,the average picking pass rate is 75.78%,and the average rejection rate is 83.66%.The experimental results are satisfactory design requirements,the whole machine runs smoothly and meets the expected requirements.
