The space station is by far the largest spacecraft and embodies the most comprehensive,sophisticated,advanced,and comprehensive scientific and technological level in the modern aerospace field.In the exploration process of the space station,it is necessary to use the space station robot arm to complete a number of operations.The astronaut's manipulation of the manipulator is accomplished through a force feedback joystick on the cabin console.The capsule control handle is an important medium for the astronaut to contact the manipulator console and is the interface for human-computer interaction.Although the control handle is a simple component,it contains a lot of ergonomic knowledge.If ergonomics are overlooked in the design process of the control handle,many implied injuries and dangers may be formed.Conversely,focusing on the ergonomic design of the control handle not only helps to meet the design requirements of comfortable use and efficient operation,but also Helps ensure the safety of the capsule and the full play of the handle performance.This paper studies the theory of ergonomics design,sums up the theoretical basis of the ergonomic design of the handle,and integrates this theory into the design and simulation of the control handle of the capsule.The following is the focus of this study:First,analyze the man-machine system of the astronaut-console,and propose the theoretical basis for the ergonomic design of the capsule control handle.From the perspective of the man-machine system,the astronauts' behavioral principles and the basic structure and layout of the consoles were analyzed.According to the ergonomics theory,combined with the structural characteristics of the console,handles and buttons,its ergonomic design principles and design elements are proposed.Second,according to the design process design a number of ergonomic handle program.The control handles are designed for three different console layouts.Design according to the sketching phase,analysis modeling phase,rendering rendering phase,and 3D printing phase,and discuss the design inspiration and size description of each design.Again,the ergonomics of the consoles and handle size suitability analysis were performed with software.Establish an operating environment model and a three-dimensional human body model to analyze the visual field,hand extension,and the interface and posture comfort of the three operating postures respectively,and compare which operating mode is the most comfortable;establish a model of the hand and carry out each design scheme.Grasp simulation simulations,determine whether the size and shape of each program meet the physiological structure of the human hand.Finally,a scientific comprehensive evaluation method was established to select the most reasonable solutions from a variety of handle design solutions.The evaluation index of the handle is determined,a multi-objective multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to create a mathematical model,an expert scoring method is used to determine the weight of each evaluation index,a related program is written in a computer language,and each evaluation index of the program is scored,and the scores are compared by comparing each scheme.As a result,the best design scheme was selected from among them.
