A Study On Urban Planning Development Of Wuhan East Lake High-tech Development Zone

Since the scientific based industrial parks have been successfully established in Silicon Valley and 128-highway area in America in 1970s', the countries all over the world have started establish the industrial parks of the same sort one after another. Because of the time development and other social and economic factors, the emergence of high-tech development zone as the scientific based industrial park in China, has become a completely new development style in the knowledge economy society for the scientific based industrial park.With the development of the urban high-tech zones at home and abroad as the main clue, taking the urban planning development of East Lake High-tech Zone as the research object, this article explored the detailed requirement of urban planning development of East Lake High-tech Zone through the research on the high-tech zones at home and abroad to find the general regulation of the urban development of East Lake High-tech Development Zone, and point out the development concept for the urban planning of East Lake High-tech Development Zone to guide our practice.This paper consists of 7 parts:Part 1 is foreword. It will study the development of East Lake High-tech Development Zone, analyze the research developments and current situation of planning of East Lake High-tech Development Zone, and present the research object, content and planning concept of this paper.Part 2 is the development course and planning concept of East Lake High-tech Development Zone. It analyzed the current situation and problems of the high-tech development zones at home and abroad, set forth the forming and development of the high-tech development zones at home and abroad, and pointed out the characteristics of the different stages of high-tech zone, such as initial period, extension period, mature period and deep development period. It stated the urban development planning concept of building New S&T City instead of single industrial park through antithesis.Part 3 is the urban planning development course and content of Wuhan East Lake High-tech Development Zone. It made clear the development stage of Wuhan East Lake High-tech Development Zone by analyzing the planning characteristics of urban planning development of Wuhan East Lake High-tech Development Zone during its stages of forming period, growing period, and mature period.Part 4 is the organization form and management mode of the management system of Wuhan East Lake High-tech Development Zone. It stated the revelation of management system of the high-tech zones at home and abroad, analyzed the organization system of the domestic development zones, and proposed the management system of centralized management system for Wuhan East Lake High-tech Development Zone.Part 5 is the development object of Wuhan East Lake High-tech Development Zone. It studied the problems and their roots existing in the urban planning of Wuhan East Lake High-tech Development Zone, pointed out that Wuhan East Lake High-tech Development Zone is the sub-center of Wuhan City, the S&T industrial core of Great Wuhan Urban Circle, and the energy source of regional renovation. It put forward the general planning object of renovation industrial habitat and new colorful idyllic life. At the same time, it analyzed the urban scale of Wuhan East Lake High-tech Development Zone, and pointed out the important characteristics of urban planning, such as accurate development, intensified traffic, foundational axis, and clan-style layout of land-use foundation.Part 6 is the resent implementation guide of urban planning of Wuhan East Lake High-tech Development Zone.
