| China has entered a new urbanization development stage that focuses on optimizing the urban spatial structure and improving the quality of life of residents.Whether the layout of urban primary schools is reasonable or not is directly related to the quality of family daily life and the organizational efficiency of urban spatial structure. In 2018,the "Urban Residential District Planning and Design Standard" GB50180-2018(hereinafter referred to as the "Standard")was promulgated to put forward new requirements for the layout of primary schools, emphasizing people-oriented,and configuring primary schools according to a ten-minute living circle, but the national "standard" It points out the general direction.my country has a vast territory and obvious differences between cities. How ideas can guide practice according to local conditions still needs to be explored continuously. Therefore, this article takes urban elementary schools in Xi’an High-tech Zone as the research object, and conducts research on the relevant content of the "Standard" elementary and middle school layout.Through on-site investigations and questionnaire interviews in the high-tech zone, explore the appropriateness of the "Standard" in terms of the scale of primary and secondary schools and travel between schools. This article mainly expands from the following three parts. One is the study on the suitability of the primary school scale.First, through the analysis of the current scale of primary schools in the high-tech zone and the matching degree with the population of the ten-minute living circle residential area, summarize the existing problems and their causes.Secondly, through surveys and interviews, the satisfaction and actual demands of different people in the high-tech zone with respect to the size of primary schools are obtained, and the data from the high-tech zone are used to simulate and check the scale and area of primary and secondary schools in the "Standards",and obtain the standards proposed in the "Standards".The size of the primary school and the population it serves cannot match the reality of the high-tech zone. The second is a study on the suitability of elementary school students to travel.First of all, according to field surveys and questionnaires and other forms, the students’ travel habits, travel characteristics and rules during the process of going to school are investigated to reveal the close relationship between "people-time-space" of family behaviors.Secondly,by analyzing the impact of the built environment around the elementary school in the high-tech zone on the commuting to school,it summarizes the problems that exist in the travel safety of primary school students, the mutual influence of traffic, the diversity of travel, the urban built environment, and the space for commuting to school. The third is to propose a layout optimization strategy for the scale of the primary school and travel to school based on the actual situation of the high-tech zone and the needs of the relevant population in the primary school. In terms of primary school scale,it is recommended to build a standardized class-scale primary school;control the class size and appropriately increase the primary school;fully consider the factors related to the primary school scale. In terms of commuting to school, appropriately expand the service radius of elementary schools in the high-tech zone, taking into account the influence of space barriers in the delineation of the living circle;ensure the safety of primary school students, improve the construction of multiple transportation facilities;formulate relevant indicators in the front area, and improve parking facilities around the campus.Optimize the accuracy of the space allocation of primary schools to solve the higher-level self-realization personality needs of primary school students. |
