The Rotorcraft-rev-regulator Amplifier is the key unit of the Rotorcraft rev-regulator system with some type airplane. Off-line test job of the Amplifier used to depend on the high-precision and precious general instruments. The task analyzed the former traditional special test instruments,completed the design of the test system based on the technologies of MCU,Visual Instrument and computer and the idea of modularization. In hardware we designed modular circuits liable to be integrated such as the digital low-frequency and high-precision signal synthesizer,digital current supply,analog signals acquisition,relay-board and Amplifier's special circuits,and achieved the surrounding simulation and test. In software we developed the test software under the LabWindows/CVI6.0 and the strong cyber-function,realized the comprehensive test. The digital low-frequency signal synthesizer bases on the DDS and adopts to the idea of MCU+DDS , provided with high-precision(0.01Hz) , high- discriminability(<0.01Hz) ,low-distortion(THD<0.4%). Digital current supply uses the MCU and high-precision D/A convertor and output current ranged between -45mA to +45mA with the discriminability of 0.0244mA. The modular of analog signals acquisition realizes the acquisition and transmission of seventeen muti-range analog signals(voltage,current,delay time etc.). Relay-board is used to the automatic shift of surroundings. Special circuits improve the test of Amplifier' dynamic characteristic successfully. Now the system have been delivered to the users and worked well. With good transplant,this system can be easily used to other unit's test system.
