Nowadays, although city has been a synthesis of politics, economy, cultures, technology, etc. But providing the dwelling place for people and building structures is just the most basic function of the city. the living areas is not only the city's primarily carriers but also one of the most important substance elements. Whether the circumstances are good determine not only the people's living condition, but also the city's culture, placement and quality of the whole city. Perfect environment is one of the main aims of developing of the city's residence area.Science and technology developing, the structure of families progressing, careers asundering, people's living were impacted and affected. only by insisting the rule of "designing for people; using by people can we fulfil the demand of dwellers and make the environment surely humanity.Nowadays, the environments of living area still have many problems, such as absence of feature, elements of space, unused area, shortage of green trees, and so on.This thesis analyze and research in view of being short of paying attention to people in the out door environmental design of the residential district, and study appropriate theory and counter measure.
