With the rapid development of electricity, spaceflight, petrochemistry and mechanical manufacture, kinds of rotary machines develop towards the direction of high speed and efficiency. So the rotary speed and stability of rotor-bearing are required more highly. The dynamics performance of rotor-bearing is decided largely by the performance of bearing. So the study of bearing's stiffness calculation and analysis it's dynamics performance is a thesis having academic and practical signification.On the basic theory of kinematics of bearing systems, Rotordynamics and Elastohydrodynamic lubrication theory, Taking boll-bear as an example, the paper is to analyze the kinematics and dynamic characteristics of a high-speed bearing system, establishes calculation formulae of a high-speed roll bearing, studies the influices of the structure and application parameters on the speed and dynamics.Quasi-dynamics analysis of spindle bearings: The paper improves the quasi-dynamics analysis model including the influences of the load and preloadings and establishes a series of equations on the velocities, contact loads, deformation, deflection and friction moment. Stiffness analysis and testing of spindle bearings: Using Hertz contact theory, the paper derives the stiffness formula, computes, analyzes and tests the stiflhess through an example.Dynamics analysis of spindle units: Applying difference method, finite element method and vibration theory, the paper analyses and computes the deformation and resonant frequencies of the spindles through an example.
