As an engineering structure, large silo is extensively applied in project practice people have paid more attention to the interaction of silos-foundation in recent years. The main object of this paper is to investigate the interaction of silos-foundation systems. By the theorem of energy variation.The foundation is considered as elastic half-space. The decreasing deformation of the foundation and viscid fiction between elastic plate and foundation is considered ,we calculate the energy of deformation of the elastic half-space foundation by the method of elastic structure in three dimensions. It is shown that the method save more time than the methods used before.On the basis of variation theorem of stresses and displacements in small— deflection shell theory presented by Eric Reissner, the curved beams in space are considered in the composed structure systems and the energy variational equations of the composed structure are concluded.In order to decrease the consts unknown of the displacements The displacements on the conditions among shells are considered. It is shown the way will decrease the number of the consts.On the bases of the research told before the free vibration and the frequency of the silos are calculated, the diagrams are also given to show the influence on the frequency of free vibration of the different elements in this article.
