| From the 1990s, with the elevation of people's living standard, public's sense of environment protection is strengthened and central heat supply in winter have recently spread. The measurement of the heat energy is important for the fair trade of energy between individual customers and hot water suppliers. There are two core issues for energy cost allocation (ECA) in central heating: firstly, a energy metering system running steadily and using conveniently is desired. Secondly, ECA must have a reasonable allocation method. But the energy measurement is more important one for a successful ECA system. A new-style intelligent instrument measuring heat is presented to measure precisely in this paper. Firstly, the theory of heat energy measurement is analyzed. Energy-balance equation in the engineering thermodynamics is used to propose the equation of quantity of heat measurement for heat meter. It's theory basis for heat energy measurement. Secondly, this article introduces systematically the hardware of system, such as flow meter, temperature sensors, controlling MCU and RF card. And the devices which are stable and low-power are used in the system. The methods of data processing are discussed followed the hardware description. In the software section, the flowchart of the whole control system is developed, which is helpful for software design of system. The individual flowchart of deferent section, such as key processing, flux measurement, system initialization etc, is followed. At last, the ECA method based on fair is discussed in the paper. We should have adequate consideration of the orientation of building envelopes and the heat transfer between different user spaces. It has been proved that, executing ECA in central heating system is benefit to building energy conservation. And this paper could contribute a little bit to the carrying out of ECA in China. |
