From the 1990s,with the elevation of people's living standard,public's sense of environment protection strengthened and central heat supply in winter have recently spread.Our research is based on the thorough studies on the current situations of heat calculating and measuring system and on the theories of IC card heat meter.We endeavor to design and develop IC card heat meter for home use with the micro-controller unit of Single Chip Microcomputer of PIC16C74 model.We briefly discuss the history and the significance of researches on heat meter,and introduce the design of SCM,heat meter,IC card,and enthalpy.Meanwhile,the designing scheme,calculating and measuring theory,and requirements of design on IC card heat meter is dealt with.This article introduces systematically the hardware of system,such as flow meter, temperature sensors,controlling MCU and IC card.And the devices which are stable and low-power are used in the system.The design of hardware models are discussed followed the hardware description.The flowchart of the whole control system is developed,which is helpful for software design of system.The individual flowchart of deferent section,such as key processing,flux measurement,IC card and system initialization etc,is followed.The significance and methods of devising a low power and anti-jamming of IC card heat meter is introduced.
