Experiment Study Of Status Monitoring Of Boiler Feed Pump

The performance automatic testing system is first debugged and finished base on the test-bed of DG45-80×10 hypo-pressure feed water pump and the performance test is done to plot the pump performance curves with the conventional method . The thermodynamic method is introduced to measure the efficiency of the pump and monitoring system of boiler feed water pump is developed successfully,through the performance test with the two methods it's clear to see that the thermodynamic method is more simple and applied . A vibration test-bed is built and the test is gone on some typical position and the results showed that the vibration signals accord with the standards after data acquisition and analysis.
