The dynamic real-time simulation model for air-water combined slag cooler,which are widely used in large CFB boiler is set up in this paper with the acquaintance of its principle,structure and dynamic running characteristic.The model is verified by detailed simulation tests.The structure, physical parameters and operation parameters are important factors to effect fluidized , heat transfer , exhaust slag of the slag cooler .Because they are fully considered,the simulation model is with higher static precision and its dynamic process fits the actual performance.The model is not only fit for simulation application but also can be used for performance analysis of the air-water combined slag cooler.
