In the paper, combining with damage appearance of #6 high-pressure heater of 350MW unit in SangAn power plant, analyze the reasons that high-pressure heates phase-in rate is always low, advance that measures should be taken to balanced thermal load of other HPs so as certain HP's load not to be too high. Calculate the thermal system with equivalent enthalpy reduction method according to the system's test data. Define the concept of heater regeneration rate, combine with equivalent enthalpy reduction method, calculated the influence on heat economy of HPs being off-the line. Analyze the questions existing in the way that HPs start and stop with turbine and put forward the settlement. Provide guidance for safe and economic operation of regeneration system and the unit and for their technical transformation.
