| Using advanced and practical technique to realize the synchronous sampling of AC data of power system has important meaning for relay protector, the judgment of break down, System stability analysis and control and the parameter Measurement of Transmission Line under Operation etc. In former times, people use wireless to broadcast the time of one end to the other end. They also use methods based on lines of communication and reference vector to realize synchronous sampling in different place. But all of these methods have insurmountable weakness. Recently the synchronous sampling method based on the GPS has been applied in power system. This thesis selects model GN-80 GPS receiver and SCM to design the sampling device. The high accurate time service is used to synchronize the sample clock signal to realize synchronous sampling. The feasibility is proved by experiment. |
