In order to accelerate the construction of the smart grid work process, solve the traditional area phase detection instruments have been unable to meet the needs of the power grid construction and management problems, an urgent need to research and development and promotion of a new generation of fully digital, multi-functional and intelligent phase identification system.System requirements measurement data with high precision, fast phase detection time, high accuracy and strong anti-jamming capability, able to work in a complex environment stable.This topic is in this context is proposed.This topic research two portable synchronous measuring device, composed of a set of testing system, the host, and from the machine model, besides can be used as a multi-functional meter measuring basic electrical parameters, also can realize area phase identification, identification of Angle, and line voltage drop test, etc.In order to satisfy the real-time signal processing is, system device based on architecture(M4 kernel microcontroller STM32F407ZGT6, its support for floating point arithmetic greatly improves the efficiency of processing data and DSP instructions.Power supply systems used in switching power supply module, power supply input signal channel provides comprised.Sampling chip 16-bit high-precision rapid ADS8568 chip, implement all ac signal high accuracy sampling.Under the GPS module provides 1 PPS sync signal, micro controller to control A/D conversion circuit to the synchronous sampling of the signal, use based on 4 5 order Nuttal window and window interpolation algorithm of sampling data processing, and the electrical parameters.Program information time and signal amplitude and initial phase electric parameter combination into a string of data protocol, through the GPRS communication technology to realize data exchange between host and from the machine, so as to meet the system function.Measurement results by large screen LCD real-time display, LCD touch the keyboard support, need not equipped with a PC.This paper first introduces the research background and significance, elaborated the area of phase identification device research and development at home and abroad.Secondly put forward this topic in order to achieve the specific function and performance index, and analyses the data sampling algorithm and validation.And then put forward the system overall design scheme, respectively for the hardware design and software design are detailed analyzed.Finally aiming at the problems in the system debugging solutions are given, and the measurement results of record, after system debug step by step, perfect the system function, measuring precision meet the design requirements.Laboratory test and field test results show that the complex environment of this topic research two portable synchronous measurement device not only measurement accuracy satisfy within 0.2 on the Richter scale, at the same time will also be able to predict the phase identification, identification of Angle, and line pressure drop calculation, etc.
