| Structural optimization is a designing method that makes the project optimized or the cost minimized, the project should restrict in the stabilization, stress and anti-crack. It can not only reduce the weight of the frame and low the material cost but also improve on the intensity, rigidity, vibration character, flexuosity etc. it is the research direction of the modernization design field and computer mechanics. As to water resource and hydropower engineering, usually its investment is greatness, and if wrecked, the sequent would be severity. If using modern structural optimization technology, we optimized them, which not only save lots of money but also provide technique guarantee to the project.In this paper, after analyzing the development history of the optimization technology and its application on water resource and hydropower engineering, comparing their advantage and disadvantage, the modern optimization technology—ANSYS parameter design language and genetic algorithm, was applied to the water resource and Hydropower Engineering. Because of the disadvantage of the method itself, it makes the iterative speed slow. In order to solve this problem, find a quick-exact method, the author combines evolution arithmetic with it, put up a new optimization method-—genetic finite element optimization. Practicing through example, it is proved to be feasible and effective.1, Using ANSYS parameter design language (APDL), the author studies shape optimization, and explore the procedure.2, Combing the ANSYS parameter with the intelligent arithmetic(GA), the dam shape optimization is realization.3, The definition of elastic module of the dam is a very complex problem, it influences the safety of the dam directly, and it is the predetermination condition which ensures the dam safety. The paper anti-analyses the dam's elastic module based on the ANSYS parameter design language.4, Hydraulic pressure flexible tilting gate is a new form of gate. Being in virtue of the pressure coming from the rubber bag, the gate is supported. When it is opening, the pressure is released slowly. It justly turned down, and so it is called hydraulic pressure flexible tilting gate. Basing on the gate in existence, using the modern technology, the gate is studied.5, The last section draws a conclusion from the whole research and take a look into the forth-coming work. |
