Regular dielectric loss measurement is very necessary for the high voltage electric equipment in order to monitor its insulating state. The dielectric loss measurement is a test calling for high delicacy but the industrial power grid bring strong same-frequency interference comparative to the useful signals in the testing spot. The frequency conversion measurement method is the ultimate way to solve it. The inverter of dielectric loss measurement apparatus whose output voltage and frequency can be adjusted continuously is studied in this article based on what have be discussed above.This article expound the principle of inverter at the same time the selective harmonic elimination technology is studied. Based on the approximate answer made by homotopy method, the discrete phenomenon of Newton iterative loop is greatly cut down in the course of solving the SHET equation group.
