The reciprocating motion in line is a kind of movement form adopted extensively in the industry, when is using in such trades as chemical industry, biologicals product, pharmacy, food processing and air conditioner refrigeration, etc., which requires good seal, no leakage or the friction loss should be little between the part of the reciprocating motion and machine shell. But in these trades, these problems can't get very good settlement. With the development of the permanent magnetism material and progress of magnetic force drive technology, this subject for research aims at making use of technology of magnetic force drive to finish the reciprocating motion in line, and then solve the shortcoming of the reciprocating motion in line, this is new exploration to the reciprocating motion in line in the technological application of magnetic force drive. This paper has analysed the feasibility of magnetic force drive technology of reciprocating motion in line, has set up the mathematics model of the magnetic force driver of reciprocating motion in line, has designed and manufactured the experimental platform to prove the mathematics model. And utilize the experimental platform to carry on systematic experiment research. The design of the magnetic force driver and the mathematics model is set up This part has recommended the design method of the driver and material of magnetic force to choose at first, then utilize the characteristics of magnetism and magnetic field, design and construct a kind of magnetic force driver, the purpose is to transmit the axial force of the reciprocating motion in line, realized axial transmission without connection that is exposed to (soft connection).
