Magnetic drive mechanism is a new concept of transmission components, using of combining of magnetic drive technology and various types of mechanical transmission agencies combined to achieve the combination of variety of movement. Not only can be achieved the whole seal without leakage, but also can pay more attention to the movement patterns transformation and movement control. Compared to common types of magnetic drives, it shows more superiority. It has been many successful applications in the fluid machinery, liquid medium transmission system, precision machinery, and other fields. At the same time simplified mechanical structure and improve the reliability of the work. It played the role of excellence in a variety of power transmission without contact and movement patterns conversion.Through finite element analysis, established two-dimensional model of the transmission mechanism of the magnetic field for in-depth study of the microscopic characteristics within the transmission mechanism coupled magnetic field, and reveals the internal characteristics of the magnetic field coupling. It has great theoretical practice guiding role and profound practical significance in magnetic drive mechanism industrial applications and works.This paper summarized and reviewed literature on the principle of magnetic drive theory and application of new technology developments and achievements. And to provide the formula of the design, manufacture and operation, reference materials and curves. Using of the method of combining of theory and practice, analysis and test to study the magnetic field and its transmission characteristics roundly, systematically, and deeply.Through the study and analysis of the coupling of the magnetic field torque density, the conclusion can effectively guide the practical application of the magnetic drive to optimize the design. Through the study of the magnetic scalar potential of magnetic field, magnetic induction vector and absolute value of magnetic induction intensity on the spatial distribution to further understand the levy of the magnetic transmission mechanism, to provide outstanding significance of improving the overall design and movement forms of conversion and control.
