This paper researched combustion characteristics of an automobile gasoline engines operation under accelerated conditions from two aspects, one is measurement of the in-cylinder pressure in experiment, studied the gasoline engines under the acceleration circumstance work. Another is a predictive model was established for combustion process under transient conditions from theoretically by author. All calculation results are compared with the experimental data and the conclusions in some references concerned as well, the results show the numerical solution reasonable. And forecast the NOx on this basis. Among them the establishing of model is a textual main research work. The research items are follows:(1) The significance of researches and some results on CCV were generalized. At the same time, the contents and ways of this study were proposed.(2) The tests of the pressure indicator diagrams under accelerated conditions were introduced. Many factors such as the calibration for pressure sensor, the determination of sampling frequency and top dead center, the smooth method about experimental data were done. And analyzed the experimental result.(3) The predictive model of gasoline engines operation under accelerated conditions are established . This model can compute the pressure and temperature in cylinder, ect. With the help of this model, the combustion characteristics, under either steady or transient running condition, can be estimated with high accuracy. Then discussed the factor that influenced the gasoline engines capability of accelerate.(4) The main work of chapter 4 was to calculated the firebox model ,it is to offer the volume and area of the quantity of heat. In order to calculated the model.(5) The simulation models of the NOx simulated the NOx under accelerating circumvents, and it's influence of factor proceeds was discussed(6) The research conclusions of the paper and some prospects of further studies are presented.
