This paper taking the right bank slop of the plunge pool in Xiaowan Hydraulic-Power Station, studed the degormation mechanism and stability of the right bank slop when the reservoir is operating.On the basts of studing the engineering geolgical conditions of the slope,the seepage field of the slope under the atomized rain is calculated by Modflow-3D.By the deformation failure phenomina investigation,deformation analysis and unmerical simulation (FEM-2D),the deformation models are summrized.The slope stabilitay calculation is carried out by the limit banlance method。 Main conclusion are as follows:(1) The seepage fields of the slope wider different storage level and the atomized rain infiltrating are obtained,Providing the basis for studing the deformation mechanism of the right bank slope of the plunge pool.(2) On the basis of deformation phenomena investigation in-sifu and deformation mearurement analysis the stress strainfield and plastic zones of the slope are gained under different behaviours by elastic-plastic finite element.(3) Fine stability of calculating by sarma the method and carry-over factor method excavated slope.The made support works are checked...
