Nowadays, the designable efficiency of the generic gas boiler is up to 90% or so. In fact, when the gas boiler is circulating, the air and the gas can't mix commendably, it is the reason that leads to the gas to burn inadequate or to superfluous gas, and it makes the thermal efficiency of the gas boiler depressed, the energy wasted and the circumstance polluted. Therefore, it is necessary for us to study how much the air/gas comparison does the boiler work in the best appearance under. In practice, because of the external world of temperature variety and various variety of work condition, the total calories that system need usually will change. If the gas boiler always provides the calories constantly, certainly will appear to provide the calories excessive or over little, result in energy waste. For making the boiler work efficiently, this text emphasizes to discuss the influence of the superfluous air coefficient to the burning system of the boiler and the method that provides the calories to change according to the need. We adopt frequency conversion technique, carry out the gas boiler to provide the variational calories, by changing the volume of the air of the system. This text designs a practical adaptive fuzzy control method, the calculate way from the orientation to carry on the control according to the misty control theories. By adopting variational step, this kind of calculating way, can adapt under different work condition of boiler system, and can very quickly attain the control request. Moreover, because of the development of the network technique and communication technique, we can carry on the long range supervision to the boiler, and lower to operate personnel's workload, and enhance the safety of the boiler and management level.
