With the advantage of strong dredging ability of bucket ladder dredger and the advantage of hydraulic conveyance, linking ability of dreddging, conveying, unloading the earth and the merit of low cost of cutter suction dredger, the new-type wheel dredger can dredge most kinds of earth which cutter suction dredger cann't. During the time of dredging, wheel dredger can incise and dredge the earth continuously, equably, effectively which keeps balanced productivity. With the characteristic of wheel dredger, this paper realizes the way of controlling on the track of dredging wheel and its comprehensive monitored-controlling.In chapter one, roundly discussed the applications of dredger and the characteristic and applications of wheel dredger, pointed out its potential development. Finally put forward the object of the paper and the research work to be finished.In chapter two, detailedly introduced the dredger's whole dredging process and its working theory of hydraulic controlling system. Based on the requirement of dredging situation, designed the hardware structure of this system, then discussed each tache's working system and each sensor's data communication.In chapter three, analyzed the target of the controlling on the dredging track. With the requirement of dredging process, established and analyzed the model of the coordinate system of the dredged section, then chosed an appropriate technique to control and monitor the dredging track of the wheel so that the proleptic section is to be dredged and the dredging precision is to be improved.In chapter four, based on the controlling on the dredging track and the primary monitored system of the working process of dredger, the comprehensive monitord control system of wheel dredger was developed. Using the object-oriented software design methodology, the functional modules of this system were divided rationally. By adopting Microsoft Office Acess to create the database of waterdepth and its corresponding coordinate, and using ADO to connect the database and the user graphic interface system, a wieldy mthod of inquiring the waterdepth of the dredged area was realized.In charpter five, based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, put forward a kind of comprehensive evaluation model on the construction programme of wheel dredger. It was comprehensive and rational to choose the appropriate construction programme by using the experienced data and the fuzzy imformation provided by the expert. It could also remove the complex and fuzzy problem existing in the time of constructing, and improved the security of construction, lowered the blindness of the operator, and reduce the constructional cost.
