Fuel cell technology is regarded as the fourth generate electricity technology because of many virtues including the high efficiency of generate electricity , the big range of electricity capability , the good flexibility to environment broad fuel resource , short construct period and use conveniently and so on. For these characteristics, the fuel cell technology is applied into many domains now. The research of electromotion vehicle based on fuel cell is carrying out in many countries at present, which will not only change the acquaintance by peoples, but also change the single energy structure to vehicle. It is very important to our society to develop durably. Fuel cell engine is the most important part of the fuel cell vehicle, and recycling exhaust gas from fuel cell engine that belongs to the fuel cell engine system is the primary content on this thesis. The whole thesis consists of six sections:Chapter 1 discourses upon the research background and significance of this thesis from four sections: the theory, classify and structure of fuel cell, the develop status on fuel cell, the characteristic of fuel cell technology, the application domain of fuel cell. In succession to this, it raises the research direction and content and introduces the central tasks about this thesis.Chapter 2 introduces and analyses the air supply system in fuel cell engine in detail. Firstly, it analyses the performance and technology guidelines detailedly. Secondly, it explains that the air supply system is very important to the whole fuel cell engine. Finally, it expatiates the feasibility and significance about recycling exhaust gas from fuel cell engine from two aspects: the system structure of air supply system, the energy circulation distributing of air supply system.Chapter 3 detailedly illuminates the scheme and design course of recycling exhaust gas from fuel cell engine. Firstly, it presents three practical schemes of recycling the exhaust gas from fuel cell engine on the base of the characteristic of exhaust gas, and compares the difference among them. Secondly, it summarily dissertates the platform construct of recycling exhaust gas including the design of software and hardware. Finally, it dissertates the primary component's design and betterment in recycling exhaust gas system detailedly, such as material betterment of turbo- supercharger, the design and betterment of bearing and lubricate system in the turbo- supercharger, the design of Venturi gas-mixed instrument.Chapter 4 analyses the practical and experimental data detailedly.
