.16 V Diesel Engine Supercharger Matching Research And Development, And The Exhaust System

This thesis is mainly concentrate on the charger system and the exhaust pipe train of 16V diesel engine.According to the reference from the related papers from home and abroad, this thesis states the present situation and its development of the charger system as well as the advantages, disadvantages and the application of varies of charger and exhaust system. By the way of combining theoretical analysis, computer analog calculation and test together, the author takes more detailed and deeper study on the charger and exhaust system of the 16V diesel engine.Using the 1 dimensional boost calculation software of AVL, and by considering the charger, CAC, intake and exhaust system, and the cylinder of the engine as a whole, the author analyzing the influences by the exhaust pipe train of constant pressure system, pulse system, MPC system as well as the MSEM system and the temperature, parameters, different structure, and pressure alternation situation in the cylinder to the power, torque, emission, oil consumption as well as the exhaust temperature etc. of the engine separately. By the way of combining the theoretical analysis and computer analog calculation, the writer choose MPC system as the charger and exhaust system of the 16V diesel engine. At the same time, the writer gives out the proper value to those main data of the diameter of the exhaust manifold, throat, and the angle between the by-pass and manifold exhaust pipe etc.Relying on the structure characteristics of the 16V diesel engine, the writer makes sure the display project of the CAC and charger, having a detailed design to the structure of the exhaust manifold line. The writer also design the angle between the by-pass and the manifold of the exhaust pipe into 45℃, 30℃. And compare the superiority between them by the test.At last, the writer will show the test result of the plate bracket performance of 16V diesel engine.
