The Application And Research Of SRM To Electric Performer Based On DSP Control

Electric performer is a kind of important terminal unit in the autocontrol field, it has a prodigious influence on running correctly , reliability and performance of adjustor. At present there are a lot of disadvantages in most domestic Electric performer such as these products' control precision is low for being controlled by analog signal and then-reliability is bad for using relay and machine in safeguard , not only they can't communication with PC, but only receive analog signal(4~20m A,1~5V) , and maintenance is difficult also for the degree of system integration is low. Debugging and these devices' maintenance are difficult, and the worker can't adjust parameter basing fact in spots, and it is difficult to process digital distributed control.The electric performer embedded with micro controller is the most advanced , the new pattern product has a considerable market occupancy ratio. There are a lot of advantage such as high reliability, use facility, better communications and safeguard function. Intellectualized electric performer is a development direction in the electric performer field.In recent years , we introduced many new pattern electric performer from abroad, their performance is excellent, but the price is 10 times domestic , and we didn't know the key technology , in view of the matter, we cooperated with the Qingdao electric performer corporation in the study of new product. And now, we have successfully developed out a new electric performer by using computer, electronics, electricity, data communication and mechatronic techniques together.In the new electric performer, we used SRM as servomotor, SRM has many advantage itself, such as large outputting torque, high location precision, non follow-up and self-breaking and so on. The new electric performer apparatus adopted a whole new hierarchy. So it can be used in manufacturing or process controlling system on electricity, petroleum, communication, machinery, and on many other areas.As a part of the whole research work, the thesis mainly introduce the control algorithm SRD system by DSP, developing of hardware and application in electricperformers, and instead of position feedback circuit method with soft arithmetic, and it's performance was greatly improved.
