Debugging and these devices' maintenance are difficult, and the worker can't adjust parameter basing fact in spots, and it is difficult to process digital distributed control.The electric performer embedded with micro controller is the most advanced , the new pattern product has a considerable market occupancy ratio. There are a lot of advantage such as high reliability, use facility, better communications and safeguard function. Intellectualized electric performer is a development direction in the electric performer field.In recent years , we introduced many new pattern electric performer from abroad, their performance is excellent, but the price is 10 times domestic , and we didn't know the key technology , in view of the matter, we cooperated with the Qingdao electric performer corporation in the study of new product. And now, we have successfully developed out a new electric performer by using computer, electronics, electricity, data communication and mechatronic techniques together.In the new electric performer, we used SRM as servomotor, SRM has many advantage itself, such as large outputting torque, high location precision, non follow-up and self-breaking and so on.
