So the advantage of hydraulic intelligent control system, that is, exactness and economy can be exhibited furthest only by designing control system rationally and effectively. This system realizes control of hydraulic system through fuzzy self-tuning PID parameter on-line, increasing adaptability of the system to uncertain factor, and finally acquiring the ideal effect. The approach is compiling controls arithmetic and controls procedure, emulating with computer through the simulink tool of Matlab soft, and realizing Real-time monitor and control by the Kingview configuration soft.This system has many function such as collecting signal, analyzing trends, analyzing forecast, assisting and helping system, also it can execute dynamicmanagement of supervisory parameter, create report forms automatically, run at random, and it can be rectified and expanded easily.The system realizes Real-time monitor and survey and dynamic management, and it improves the level of monitor and control of hydraulic crane. |
