In order to satisfy the need of architecture, bottom big space shear wall structure has been used in our country since 70's twenty centuries. Transfer storey structure has developed quickly, aiming at complicated shape, various methods and advantaged structure press. Transfer storey structure has already been a trend of modern tall building structure.Generally speaking, when vertical structure axis system of tall building's bottom storey has differed much from the top storey, or the distance of vertical structure axis system of bottom storey has been enlarged or top and bottom structure axis has displaced, we should set transfer storey at the transferred story. Now the widely used transfer storey is girder transfer storey.The task for discussion has aimed at the design theory and method, also studied specialties and advantages of transfer girder, furthermore studied steel reinforced concrete composite girder. Using the two factual engineering to talk about the design for concrete transfer girder and steel reinforced concrete composite girder of tall building, we have also investigated the specialties of transfer girder under earthquake and compared internal force. We have accumulated a lot of relevant data.In the two factual engineering, we have taken girder transfer storey because of advantaged structure press, and adopted tall building structure space finite analyzedand designed software SATWE to compute the whole information, at the same time compared different themes. We have computed stress-stain by ANSYS and analyzed the rationality of the results.In reality, the load on the transfer girder has often been the deflective load on the transfer girder, so the transfer girder would occur huge torsion. Shear force is the main factor of the transfer girder design, and adds torsion, which would aggravate the structure design for us. We should set the girder to resist twist, and avoid torsion from theory design, which let the floor be well integral in the transfer floor, and form rigid floor.Steel reinforced concrete transfer girder is the future trend, and the method which our country have adopted is preferred to Japanese method called intensity addition. We have referred a method to compute the steel reinforced concrete transfer girder, which is easy to grasp. Generally speaking, it is the simple addition of two materials. Comparing with the method of Technical specification for steel reinforced concrete composite structures, they have the same nature only differentiate in form.In the transfer girder design, we can conclude: in fact transfer girder is to satisfy to resist the torsion, and because of its large section, it is easy to satisfy bend, so it is often tectonic reinforcing steel bar. To theory design and tectonic factor, criterion has already given fairly particular and clear regulations. Though criterion has been looked as the fairly strict issue, in fact, that is to make theory easy be handled, which has always expressed the spark, afflatus and achievement of structure engineers' wisdom.
