As the requirements of the use of building is increasing,the constructiontechnology is rising fast,and the design theory is becoming more and more mature,itis easier to find the transfer structure in a building in the current world.At the sametime,it is the design of the transfer structure that is seen as the most difficult part inthe whole structure design.In order to make sure that the transfer structure hassufficient safety and adaptability,people is taking great efforts to perfect the relatedregulations.Among all kinds of the transfer structures,transfer girder is the mostuseful one.But when we use beam-shaped transfer structure in the column transferstructure,the bearing column transfer beam will bring a lot of problems and negativefactors to construction engineering and seismic design of structure because of its bigsize of section.At the same time,the upper layers of frame structure stress tend tohave a big influence to the transfer structure,so it necessary for the structuralengineering designer to take both the requirement of the transfer structure designand the upper layers’bearing capacity of the additional inner force taken by thetransfer structure itself into consideration.At present the mainstream advice is toadjust the upper frame’s bearing capacity to make the structure more safe.But wehave to admit that both the design theory and engineering examples still have a longway to go in making the best use of the upper part of the framework to form a wholetransfer structur.So the article focuses on the feasibility of combining the transferbeam and the upper frame to an whole transfer structure in the column transferstructure.In order to discuss the discourse,both theory analysis and engineeringverification are used.This thesis mainly content:1Integration of relevant theory to convert the structure of the upper frame worktogether.Collect a lot of Engineering examples which use the upper frame to realizethe structural transfer.2Classify vierendeel truss with different arrangement by learning from engineeringexamples and related theories.Take the vierendeel truss transfer system and doublebeam transfer system as standpoint to compare different project.To be specific,theforce characteristics under vertical load and horizontal load are compared.UsingANSYS to optimize the analysis of the most typical set of model.Seek the most reasonable arrangement which meets degeneration requires and strength of thematerial requirements.3Conduct pushover analysis of single frame under three different transfer projectsbased on the related theory ATC40and the seismic fortification criteria inChina.What is more,compare plastic in process,plastic hinge distribution andcharacteristics of story drifts in the three projects.The advantages and disadvantagesin earthquake resistance are also discussed.4Use ETABS take optimal design for a framed-tube structure with bearing columntransfer structure.In the optimal design,the structure can be seen as the superimposedvierendeel truss type structure by adjusting the section layout of transfer floor andthe upper twos.And then compare the force characteristics in actual structure andoptimal design,for they have different conditions.In order to assess the earthquakeresistance,interlayer displacement angle,frame stress and structural period are takeninto account.
