Steel reinforced concrete transfer beam structure applies in large space structureswidely increasingly, depending on its excellent mechanical properties and superioreconomic performance and outstanding comprehensive benefits etc. Currently, however, research for mechanical properties and security aspects of transfer beamwhose force is complex and has a greater risk needs to be further improvement duringconstruction.Taking Guiyang Hua Guoyuan First Building as an example, this article analysesthe mechanical properties during the construction phase of SRC transfer beam andconducts construction safety of early warning, whose span is35.4m and cross section is3500mm×1200mm and equipped with steel cross section of H3100×700×40×50mm.This article first proposes features and analysis methods of steel and concretecomposite and transfer beam structure. Based on provision of the constructionmechanical theory and Technical specification for steel reinforced concrete compositestructures (JGJ138-2001)and Steel reinforced concrete structure design codes(YB9082-97),this article proposes flexural intensity shear intensity and stiffness andcrack width calculation methods of steel reinforced concrete beams, and analysessecurity steel reinforced concrete beams as engineering examples during design phase.Through theoretical analysis shows safety of this beam meets the requirements ofdesign and norms at the design stage. In order to explore force mechanism and force state of SRC transfer beam atconstruction phase. This article respectively conduct space overall and partial planarfinite element analysis for large cross-section and large span steel reinforced concretetransfer beams. And simulate and analyses stress and displacement of the transferbeams in different construction conditions. From two different finite element results,we obtain stress and displacement of converted beams meet norms and designrequirements during the construction phase. It shows that the force is safe constructionphase at construction stage, and has a big security coefficient. According to finiteelement analysis results we obtain stress control section, and should arch camber about100mm at mid-span near the uprights, and reduces the camber values towards both ends of the beam sequentially, which ensues the construction security and qualitytransfer beam construction.Given the important role of steel reinforced concrete transfer beams for thestructural safety and its own weight upper load is huge, whose force is whethersecurity or not has a significant impact for the force of structure during construction. This paper carries out real-time monitoring and analysis steel reinforced concretebeams the whole process. We monitor and analyses stress and deformation of steelreinforced concrete beams and superstructure in the construction process. Throughanalyzing and comparing and optimizing the monitoring data, we obtain somethingforce mechanism about supporting column conversion beam, as well as transfer beamsis secure under stress during construction, and there is a big security coefficient. Sincehigh-formwork and concrete pouring etc. construction processes is very difficult andhigher risk, there is a brief introduction construction process of section steel hoistingand high-formwork and steel banding and concrete pouring etc. construction processesthe construction process of transfer beam. And then analyzes security of section steelbracing technology which is more dangerous. The analysis results show its securityconform regulatory requirements. The research methods and conclusions provides a theoretical basis stress safety andconstruction measures at the construction phase of large cross-section and large spansteel reinforced concrete transfer beams. And also provides reference experience forthe design and construction for such structures.
